Christine Sojin Park, Owner/Lead Instructor
Christine Sojin Park is a founder of The Sj Pilates Studio and a fully-certified STOTT PILATES instructor in Toronto with experience in all levels of practice. Her main focus is to inspire and encourage the strengthening of the mind-body and soul, connecting them together through pilates. Pina Seungmi Ji, Lead Instructor
Pina is a fully-certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and certified TPI Instructor.
Discover the expert guidance of Pina, an experienced professional with a specialization in golf conditioning and TPI certification. With her wealth of knowledge, she's dedicated to helping you achieve your golfing goals.
Beyond golf, Pina brings a personal touch to her teaching. Drawing from her own experiences of pregnancy and childbirth, she offers gentle and tailored prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes. These classes are designed to meet your individual needs and provide a supportive journey to wellness.

Joanne Long, Lead Instructor
Joanne is a fully-certified STOTT Pilates instructor and also is a Registered Kinesiologist and Fascial Stretch Therapist. She majored in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo and has clinic experience working with clients with various goals from reducing pain to gaining muscular strength to do activities they enjoy.
Joanne’s focus is to help clients achieve their fitness/movement goals, find joy in fitness, and empower clients to lead active lifestyles. To do this, she uses her advanced knowledge of exercises to help clients feel stronger and move with ease.

Maryam shahhoseini, Lead Instructor
Maryam is a certified Pilates and movement specialist with over 6 years of background in gymnastics. Her experience across multiple disciplines, including swimming, badminton, and strength training, has shaped her strong foundation in movement.
She began her Pilates journey in 2019 and developed her approach to both Mat and Reformer Pilates through training with Body Harmonics and STOTT pilates.
She holds a BSc in Sports Science and brings over three years of professional experience, along with certifications in Barre and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is currently working toward becoming a Medical Exercise Specialist.
Her approach blends rehabilitation-focused training with a strong, effective workout, helping clients improve posture, build strength, and move with confidence.

Ziyi Yan, Associate Instructor
Ziyi Yan embarked on her Pilates journey in 2018. Over the years, she immersed herself in the practice, becoming fully trained by STOTT Pilates in Toronto for all level 1 courses, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, chair, and barrels.
She noticed a significant improvement in her strength and balance after each session, and she is eager to share this transformative experience with her clients, helping them achieve a healthier and more motivated lifestyle.
Inspired by her own journey, Ziyi is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to her clients, empowering them to achieve their fitness goals and flourish in their wellness journey.
